Numerical Control Welding Machine for Rollers
Used for welding roller tubes and stamped bearing housings. The headstock boxes are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the bed, and the roller body is placed and centered on the support in the middle of the machine. The whole machine is controlled by a PLC, and the settings are made via a touch screen; two headstock boxes are driven by a positive and negative ball screw and a stepper motor, the main shaft rotation is driven by a stepper motor, the rotation angle and speed are set via the touch screen, and it is equipped with two 350 CO2 gas-shielded welding machines.
It adopts linear guides, ball screws, and digital control technology, and is equipped with a smoke and light pollution protection room, with arc light protection soft curtains and dust collection and filtration devices.
