Production Organization and Coordination Content and Support Measures
1. Establish a dedicated product supply project department
Establish a dedicated supply department specifically responsible for procurement for this project.
2. Supply Plan
Based on delivery time and production process, formulate a strict and reasonable supply plan. Based on the planned schedule, develop detailed material quality control and supply management methods, creating tables and strictly adhering to the plan to complete the procurement schedule on time.
3. Supply Process
Incoming goods inspection for purchased goods, ensuring both timely procurement and inspection, strictly adhering to the incoming goods inspection system to ensure product quality.
4. Production Management
The project's production scheduling will be handled by the Deputy Minister of Production Technology. This role will coordinate the design and process department, the supply chain, and other departments, motivating the production team, implementing a clear reward and punishment system, and strictly adhering to the production schedule.
5. Inspection Measures
While implementing the company's various inspection systems, a dedicated person will be appointed to strengthen inspection management and ensure product quality.
