The company has a total of 63 employees, including 20 scientific research and technical personnel, management personnel, and front-line technical personnel with junior professional titles or above. The "BCNAP-I type CNC automated roller production line" developed by the company is currently a high-end equipment for roller processing and manufacturing at home and abroad. It won the first prize of the Xinzhou Science and Technology Award for Technological Invention in 2015; according to the scientific and technological novelty report (novelty check number 201636000L420167), the conclusion is that it is the first of its kind in China and abroad; the research and development results have obtained 8 invention patents and 6 utility model patents. Currently, the company has completely independent core technologies, laying a solid foundation for future rapid growth.

After its establishment, the company was a private enterprise engaged in the manufacturing of belt conveyors, leading and driving the scale and high-speed development of the belt conveyor manufacturing industry of private enterprises in Yuanping City. Since 2010, it has started innovative development. After fifteen years of research and development, technological transformation, and market development, a total investment of 20 million yuan has been made, successfully transforming 5 Models of CNC automated roller production lines and 22 new products of special CNC machine tools for roller processing, and opening up domestic and foreign markets. The transformed new products have subverted traditional roller processing equipment, enabling roller processing equipment to Enter the era of digital and intelligent processing, and promoting the upgrading of China's and the world's roller manufacturing industry. The CNC automated roller production line entered the domestic and foreign markets in 2012, with a cumulative sales of 963 sets and cumulative sales revenue of over 156 million yuan. In 2017, the CNC automated roller production line was exported to Iran, and subsequently exported to India, North Korea, Malaysia, Australia, Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries.

Currently, the company owns one intelligent roller production line and one semi-automated roller production line. The intelligent roller production line is a full-process CNC automated production line, including roller body machining center, fully automatic roller shaft production line, fully automatic roller pressing line, fully automatic loading and unloading spraying line, automatic palletizing and packaging. In addition to conventional processing, it also has roller running-in, laser marking, three-index detection, and polishing and rust removal functions. Most importantly, it uses seven invention patent technologies to ensure that the radial runout, axial runout, and rotational resistance of the rollers meet or exceed national standards. It is currently the most advanced roller production line. The company's annual roller production capacity is 600,000.

The company currently has two businesses: first, the manufacturing of CNC automated roller production lines, special CNC machine tools for roller processing, and roller testing equipment; second, the production and manufacturing of low-resistance high-speed rollers. Currently, the company is planning the "Network Remote Collaborative Energy-Saving Intelligent Roller Factory" project, aiming to upgrade the roller industry, pushing the roller industry from a "red ocean" to a "blue ocean", and achieving integrated production in the roller industry.

After more than ten years of innovation and accumulation, our company is in a stage of accumulating strength for a great leap forward. Research and development results are being rapidly promoted, market share is rapidly increasing, and return on investment is rapidly growing.

“The long and arduous road ahead is like iron, but now we are taking our first steps.” All of us "Gude people" look towards the vast ocean and blue sky. Through our continuous efforts, our goals can be achieved, and our goals will surely be achieved.
