Numerical control machine tool/automatic shaft loading rack for roller shaft flat head chamfering and grooving
Employing PLC programming technology and servo system execution, this is a new type of 3-axis special machine tool mainly controlled by electric operation and supplemented by hydraulics. It uses a touch screen for input settings, and the execution mechanism consists of a servo system and a ball screw. The equipment is easy to operate, with a machining accuracy of ±0.05. Due to the improved machining accuracy, the design index of the roller can be improved, providing equipment guarantee for reducing the axial movement of the roller.
The entire system has a high degree of automation. Roller shaft positioning, shaft fixture clamping, three continuous feedings of the moving numerical control head, rotating tool table infeed and tool change, shaft fixture clamping and releasing, rotating tool table tool retraction, and moving numerical control head withdrawal have all been automated.
Equipped with an automatic shaft loading rack, this rack consists of mechanical components, a pneumatic system, and a program, solving the continuity of subsequent processing during the material loading of the roller shaft milling numerical control automation machine tool and improving the processing cycle of this workstation.
