Using independently invented proprietary technology, a disc milling cutter is used to mill the slots, which, compared to equipment using a bar milling cutter, reduces tool maintenance time, increases tool life, and improves cutting speed. The feed and retraction of the left and right slides use variable frequency technology and a dual-speed motor to automatically complete rapid advance, working feed, and rapid retraction.
Equipped with an automatic centralized lubrication system.
