The V-shaped CNC feed rack consists of a V-shaped groove carrying the roller shaft, a CNC pushing mechanism, and a support. Its main function is to store roller shafts and feed them to the automatic deburring machine for roller shafts according to the set pushing value.
The main components of the roller shaft automatic deburring machine are: bed, left-side box body assembly, spindle, moving grinding assembly, multi-leaf grinding wheel + wire wheel, right-side box body assembly, pneumatic and wire hose, and guide rail.
Operation: Place the roller shaft of fixed length into the inlet, start the operation, the multi-leaf grinding wheel feeds and begins to rotate, at the same time, the moving grinding assembly starts to move along the guide rail, and at the same time, the mechanism inside the spindle clamps the roller shaft and starts to rotate, realizing the deburring of both ends of the roller shaft. Each deburring is the tail end of the previous roller shaft and the front end of the next one.
The V-type roller conveyor 2 adopts a V-type roller structure, driven by a rack and chain, to realize the conveying and positioning of the roller shaft, and automatically lifts and feeds the roller shaft to the roller-shaft automatic material storage rack.
