When operating independently, the machine can be optionally equipped with automatic loading and unloading mechanisms to achieve automatic pipe loading, automatic boring, and automatic pipe unloading. Operators only need to place the pipes and start the machine, and the machine will operate automatically. Because the operation frequency of the operator is reduced, the operator has time to operate other equipment, such as a pipe cutting machine, to improve labor efficiency. When operating in a fully automated production line, loading and unloading are handled by a robotic arm.
It adopts workpiece fixation and tool rotation, with automatic infeed of combined tools to simultaneously process the inner stop and internal and external chamfers at both ends of the pipe body. A chip removal device can be optionally added for easy centralized cleaning of iron chips.
Using our company's patented technology, "Automatic Positioning and Clamping Device and Method for Processing Roller Rollers" (invention patent No. ZL201310747680.9), two sets of automatic positioning and clamping devices for processing roller rollers are used to clamp the pipe, and then both ends are bored. This method has a "correction function" that can eliminate or reduce the problem of large radial runout of the roller caused by factors such as the ovality of the roller pipe, diameter errors, and non-perpendicularity of the end cuts to the pipe axis. The automatic positioning and clamping device for roller roller processing is processed by the machining center, with high precision and a self-centering function in its clamping principle, using the outer circle of the pipe to determine the center line of the pipe, which coincides with the center line of the two end disk cutters of the machine.

Currently, other similar equipment uses two conical inner surface positioning methods, and also uses V-groove and semi-circular tire positioning methods. The rollers manufactured using these processes cannot effectively control the radial runout, and even increase the radial runout.
CNC machining with high precision. The size between the inner steps at both ends is ensured by CNC machining, with a precision of ±0.05 mm, and is not affected by the length error of the pipe. It provides a guarantee for the precise installation of the subsequent bearing seats and bearings, and is the primary condition for reducing the axial runout of the roller. CNC infeed is based on the origin of the system, not on the length of the pipe, ensuring that the size precision between the inner steps at both ends is ±0.05 mm.
The combined tool is a disc-type forming tool that ensures the consistency of the hole and the H8 tolerance range of the hole, making it possible to custom-order bearing seats and ensure the manufacturing quality of the rollers; using standard rhombus-shaped machine clamping blades for boring, one blade has two cutting tips, and each tip processes more than 400 roller stops, resulting in low tool consumption, high precision, easy replacement, and easy operation by ordinary people; using standard 900 clamping blades for internal chamfering, the inner chamfering of the pipe facilitates the guiding of the bearing seat during pressing.
It uses high-precision configurations such as ball screws and linear guides to ensure long-term processing accuracy. The research and development of the roll pipe CNC boring machine is designed around the improvement of the "three indicators" of rollers: roller rotational resistance, radial roundness, and axial movement, surpassing the performance of current similar equipment and providing equipment support for manufacturing "high-speed, high-volume rollers."
PLC control, servo motor drive. As a 2-axis CNC dedicated machine tool, it has a high degree of automation, and ordinary personnel can operate it after short-term training, without the need for highly skilled workers, saving labor costs. The processing quality is guaranteed by the equipment and the program, and is not related to the technology of the operators.
