The automatic shaft feeding rack for shaft storage consists of a frame and a hydraulic actuator. Its main function is to store and release the raw materials of the drawn shafts and automatically feed the shafts to the CNC automatic roller shaft milling machine.

The main functions of the roller shaft milling CNC automatic machine are: CNC length setting, automatic feeding, and automatic cutting. It uses imported circular saw blades from Kanefusa Japan. Kanefusa's unique coating treatment is applied to the high-toughness blade, giving it wear resistance and damage resistance. This ensures a stable lifespan and excellent cutting quality. The circular saw blade has a long lifespan, and cutting costs are lower than conventional methods, saving costs. A high-pressure air mist dust blowing device is equipped to effectively protect the saw blade.
V-type roller conveyor 1 uses a V-type roller structure and is driven by a rack and chain, facilitating transportation and positioning. It also easily integrates with an automatic lifting and sorting mechanism and is convenient for robotic arm grasping.
