The bearing housing CNC press uses the invention patent technology of "a type of supporting roller CNC pressing device, ZL201310737964.X" to achieve digital programming and multi-stroke pressing. Using PLC programming technology and servo system execution, it is a new type of supporting roller pressing equipment with pure electric control and execution.
Technical Features
1) The pressing stroke is digitally controlled, set by touch screen input, and the actuator consists of a servo system and a ball screw, with a positioning accuracy of ±0.05; it has pressure protection, and the pressure is adjustable.
2) Positioning with the inner hole of the bearing housing, pressing the outer edge of the bearing housing, the bearing housing will not deform during pressing. The outer circle of the bearing housing needs fine machining to ensure the tolerance matching with the inner hole of the pipe, using H8n8 matching.
