1. Processing Range and System Configuration
Processing range: Diameter covers Φ20–Φ40 mm, length ranges from 280 to 2400 mm, total power reaches 58 kW, hydraulic system pressure is 6.3 MPa, and pneumatic system pressure is 0.6–0.8 MPa.

(1) CNC machine tool for milling and breaking conveyor roller shafts
The saw blade diameter is 250–285 mm, with a 5.5 kW variable-frequency speed control. A servo motor is used for CNC-controlled fixed-length material feeding, with each feed length ranging from 0 to 2500 mm and a length tolerance of ±0.05 mm.
Hydraulic clamping + pneumatic flipping and sorting ensure both superior cutting accuracy and efficiency.
(2) Special-purpose machine tool for milling flats and grooves on conveyor roller shafts
Double-groove milling: Driven by four 3-kW motors, the double grooves on both ends of the roller shaft are milled simultaneously in a single pass, with variable-frequency speed control for feed rate.
Double-flattening milling: Driven by two 5.5 kW motors, the double flattening is completed in one pass by simultaneously milling both ends of the roller shaft; variable-frequency speed control is used for feed rate adjustment.
Hydraulic clamping ensures machining stability, and the dual-function design significantly boosts production efficiency.
(3) CNC machine tool for chamfering and slotting the flat ends of conveyor roller shafts

Hydraulic clamping plus variable-frequency speed control, processed using CNC turning tools, offering high precision, excellent durability, and convenient tool changes. The length tolerance is ±0.05 mm, earning high praise from users.
(4) Double-head flat drilling machine for conveyor roller shafts
Driven by two 2.2kW motors, with 3-speed transmission and anti-iron-chip entanglement feature (patented technology);
Hydraulic clamping plus stepless speed regulation for feed, with simultaneous drilling at both ends of the roller shaft—completing the process fully automatically in one go, ensuring both process stability and efficiency.
(5) Transfer robotic arm assembly
The 3-axis rolling linear guide completes translational, lifting, and positioning movements; four sets of pneumatic robotic arms achieve the gripping, lifting, translating, and positioning of roller shafts.
