This machine has a simple and reliable structure, high efficiency, low cost, and high cost-performance ratio. Currently, the processing of roller shafts in China is done by 4 independent devices operated by 4 people, with a class output of about 250 pieces, which is inefficient and has low processing accuracy. This combined processing center is operated by 1 person, with a finished shaft production cycle of <50s, class output ≧500 standard pieces, and labor efficiency improved by 8 times compared to ordinary equipment. The TSZX-1 type roller shaft CNC automation production line uses CNC technology, producing finished shafts with a precision of ±0.05. Due to high processing accuracy and high batch consistency, it provides processing equipment for the design and manufacture of high-speed, large-capacity belt conveyors.
