The factory covers an area of 53319.96 m2, office building area of 1485 m2, comprehensive workshop area of 6200 m2, and the under-construction high-end roller workshop area of 7800 m2. The "BCNAP-I type CNC automated roller production line" developed by the company is currently a high-end equipment for roller processing and manufacturing at home and abroad. Currently, the company has one intelligent roller production line and one semi-automated roller production line. The intelligent roller production line is a fully automated CNC production line with all processes, including roller body machining center, fully automatic roller shaft production line, fully automatic roller pressing line, fully automatic loading and unloading spraying line, automatic stacking, and packaging. In addition to conventional processing, it also has roller running-in, laser marking, three-index detection, and polishing and derusting functions. Most importantly, it uses seven invention patents, which can ensure that the three indexes of radial runout, axial runout, and rotational resistance of the rollers reach or exceed national standards. It is currently the most advanced roller production line. The company's annual roller production capacity is 600,000.

The roller testing equipment is complete. The intelligent roller production line is equipped with three index detection units for radial runout, axial runout, and rotational resistance of rollers, which realize online detection, and cooperate with laser marking machine, system software, and printer to generate a detection report for each roller. The company currently has two businesses: First, the manufacturing of CNC automated roller production lines, roller processing special CNC machine tools, and roller testing equipment; second, the production of low-resistance high-speed rollers.
