An Iranian client visited our company for inspection and discussions on a supply agreement.
On July 4, 2015, customers from Iran's Fakoor Meghnatis Spadana Co. traveled across the sea to visit our company in Yuanping City for an on-site inspection. They observed the entire production process of the roller production line, which took our company six years to develop and manufacture, in the workshop. In the multimedia conference room, they watched videos, blueprints, and other materials, and engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges for five hours regarding roller production technology and manufacturing processes. The customers believe that our company is a specialized manufacturer of roller production lines in China, with the main roller processing equipment achieving CNC processing. The overall automation level of the roller production line is high, requiring fewer workers, with advanced processing technology and comprehensive processing methods, making it one of the most advanced roller production lines today. After returning to Iran, they immediately reported to the company's board of directors and plan to sign a supply contract in China soon.
The BCNAP 500-II type roller CNC automation production line (referred to as: production line) is designed based on various production lines developed by our company. Its features include: high automation level, high production efficiency, large output, easy operation and debugging, reliable quality, short production line, and only three main operators required, resulting in low labor intensity. The quality of the rollers produced is not constrained or affected by the technical level of the operators; the product quality is determined by the equipment, design process, and program system, making it one of the most advanced roller manufacturing production lines in the country. This production line requires low investment, occupies little space, and has high efficiency, utilizing several patented technologies developed by our company.
Our company attaches great importance to this visit from foreign merchants. Chairman Wang personally received them, providing a detailed explanation of the technical characteristics of the roller production line, process innovations, and the strategic thinking behind our company's development of roller production line equipment. We also hosted a lunch and dinner to warmly entertain the foreign merchants and presented them with local specialties from Yuanping City, ensuring they left happy and satisfied. We strive for the economic development of Yuanping and for China to create a path to the world.
