(1) Installing the Shaft: The processed shaft sleeve is installed into the roller shell to form the core of the roller.

(2) Installing Bearings: Bearings are installed at both ends of the roller shell to support and transmit loads.

4. Packaging

The assembled roller needs to be packaged for storage, transportation, and sale. The packaging stage typically includes the following steps:

(1) Cleaning: The roller is cleaned to remove dust and contaminants from the surface, maintaining the product's cleanliness and aesthetics.

(2) Preparing Packaging Materials: Appropriate packaging materials, such as plastic film and cartons, are prepared to protect the roller from damage and corrosion.

(3) Packing: The cleaned roller is placed in the packaging materials and properly packed for storage and transportation.

(4) Labeling: Labels are affixed to the packaged roller, indicating basic product information, specifications, and quantities for management and identification.
