The roller is used to support the conveyor belt and the materials on the belt, serving as a supporting device for the stable operation of the conveyor belt. The rollers can be divided into groove rollers, parallel rollers, self-aligning rollers, and buffer rollers.

Spiral rollers, corrosion-resistant rollers, and vertical blocking rollers, etc.; the brackets include groove brackets, groove self-aligning brackets, flat roller brackets, and upper and lower flat roller self-aligning brackets, suitable for different materials and different occasions.

Groove roller: Used to support the transportation of bulk materials.

Parallel roller: The upper parallel roller is used for transporting packaged items, and the lower parallel roller is used to support the return of the conveyor belt.

Self-aligning roller: Used to adjust the deviation of the conveyor belt, prevent snake-like movement, and ensure stable operation of the conveyor belt.

Buffer roller: Installed below the receiving section of the conveyor, it reduces the impact on the conveyor belt and extends its service life.

Return roller: Used to support the lower part of the conveyor belt, available in parallel, V-shaped, and inverted V-shaped types.

Spiral roller: Used to remove sticky materials from the conveyor belt and keep the belt surface clean.
